Samsung has expanded its Galaxy S23 lineup in Brazil by introducing the 512GB version of the smartphone. Previously, the phone was only available in 128GB and 256GB configurations in the country. The new 512GB variant will be released in Brazil starting Thursday and can be purchased exclusively through the Samsung.com website. It comes in three color options: Cream, Green, and Phantom Black, with a price tag of BRL 6,749.10 (approximately $1,375).
Notably, the Lavender color is not available for the 512GB version, unlike the 128GB and 256GB models. The 128GB variant is priced at BRL 5,399 ($1,097), while the 256GB version is listed at BRL 5,849 ($1,188). Both the 128GB and 256GB models were initially launched in Brazil in February of this year.
In addition to the expanded storage capacity, Samsung is enhancing the security features of the Galaxy S23 by offering the Galaxy Padlock service with the 512GB version in Brazil. Galaxy Padlock is a Samsung-exclusive security solution that allows users to remotely lock their device within seconds. This service is provided at no extra cost and can be activated through a call to a 24-hour call center or via a dedicated website accessible from any phone or computer. It is directly linked to the phone’s IMEI, adding an extra layer of protection.
Daniel Couri, Senior Director of E-Commerce at Samsung Brazil, stated, “We want to offer people another possibility to choose what is most convenient for their respective routines. With images and videos with increasingly higher resolution and quality, it is conducive to offering more space and flexibility, allowing you to store data and special moments without worries.”
