Last week, we unveiled images and specifications of the rugged Oukitel WP30 Pro smartphone set to be officially announced in the first half of November 2023. However, that’s not the only exciting product from Oukitel slated for the upcoming month. The renowned brand is also preparing to launch a brand-new tablet, known as the Oukitel OT5.
The Oukitel OT5 will be powered by the robust Helio G99 SoC, equipped with 12GB of RAM and a capacious 256GB of internal storage. Straight out of the box, this tablet will run on Android 13, although details about the extent of future OS upgrades and software updates remain undisclosed.
One of the standout features of the Oukitel OT5 is its impressive 12″ 2K LCD display, coupled with a substantial 11,000 mAh battery boasting 18W fast charging support. On the front, you’ll find a 5MP selfie camera, while the rear sports a 16MP primary camera along with a 2MP macro unit.
The OT5 will be available in three distinct colors. Notably, it will support a stylus and keyboard, both available as separate accessories. At the bottom, the tablet features a USB-C port, complemented by a pair of speakers, while two additional speakers are located on the top-side frame. The tablet’s right side includes a volume rocker and an accentuated power button.
The Oukitel OT5 is being marketed as “a tablet for fun and study” and boasts a slim 7.5mm profile. Although the tablet’s weight has yet to be revealed.
Anticipate the official launch of the Oukitel OT5 in mid-November, offering an exclusive introductory price of under $200 (€190/INR16,650).
